About The Honey
Much like wine, honey tells the story of its origin. But while wine lovers know the difference between a supermarket bottle and a fine vintage, few realise that the same depth, nuance, and exclusivity exist in honey, when it’s pure, raw, and left unblended.

Honey, Like Fine Wine—But Rarer

Our Apiaries
At our private apiaries nestled in Chobham, Guildford, Sunningdale, Virginia Water and Windlesham each hive produces honey with a flavour entirely its own. Though the bees may fly from the same land, their choices of blossom, tree, and hedgerow differ, crafting micro-batches of honey as varied and expressive as wines from neighbouring vineyards.
The Process
This is not the uniform, pasteurised product found on supermarket shelves. This is honey in its most authentic form, complex, floral, and alive. Bottled straight from individual hives, in strictly limited quantities, and reserved for those who understand the value of provenance and purity.
Just as you would never compare a table wine to a Premier Cru, once you’ve tasted true raw honey, there’s simply no going back.
